TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By entering and participating in activities at The Smash Lab LLC (“the Facility”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in expulsion without refund.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Participants must be at least [18] years old.

  • Minors under [18] must have a parent or legal guardian present and sign a waiver on their behalf.

3. SAFETY GEAR AND ATTIRE

  • All participants must wear the required safety gear, including but not limited to helmets, gloves, face shields, and protective suits.

  • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

  • Loose clothing, jewelry, and accessories that may pose a hazard are prohibited.

4. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in rage room activities.

  • The Smash Lab LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or lost/stolen personal belongings.

5. HEALTH RESTRICTIONS

  • Individuals with medical conditions such as heart issues, respiratory problems, pregnancy, or any condition that may be exacerbated by physical exertion should not participate.

  • If you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances, participation is strictly prohibited.

6. CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

  • Participants must follow all staff instructions and safety rules.

  • Intentional misuse of equipment, violence toward others, or any unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal.

  • Only approved items may be destroyed; personal items are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by staff.

7. RESERVATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within [timeframe] of the scheduled session may be non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no refund.

8. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

  • Any damage to the facility, equipment, or property outside of designated destruction areas will result in financial liability for the participant.

9. MEDIA CONSENT

  • By entering the Facility, you agree that your image may be captured in photos or videos and used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE The Smash Lab LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who does not comply with these terms or poses a risk to themselves or others.

11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.

By purchasing a ticket or entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
